By using the services of Elite Pipe MD LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Text Message Communications

By submitting our forms and signing up for texts, you consent to receive text messages from Elite Pipe MD LLC at the number provided, including messages sent by autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available) and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help. Information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Elite Pipe MD LLC collects opt-in verbally from our customers. Customers can opt in to receive messages either in person at our physical location, or over a phone call when they contact us. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide their phone number, and our staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based billing notifications, appointment reminders, dispatch notifications and job completion surveys. Customers will be verbally informed that “Message and data rates may apply”, “Message frequency may vary”, and they can “text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time and no further messages will be sent.” Customers will also be informed that their phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

2. Service Appointments

When scheduling services with Elite Pipe MD LLC, customers agree to provide accurate information about their property and service needs. We reserve the right to adjust service quotes based on actual conditions discovered during inspection or service.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods as specified at the time of service.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

Our pipe repair and replacement services come with specific warranties as detailed in service agreements. These warranties are subject to proper usage and maintenance of your pipe systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite Pipe MD LLC is not liable for damages beyond our control, including but not limited to water damage from pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or customer negligence.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
